The response to SFTP Gateway 3.0 has been tremendous so far and I want to thank you for that. I also want to thank the team here at Thorn Technologies for all their work on the project, which makes it even easier to access cloud storage locations.
If you missed the news, two weeks ago we announced the launch of SFTP Gateway v3.0 on the AWS Marketplace. It comes with multiple new features, including a simplified setup, an advanced file transfer process that writes directly to S3, a 30-day free trial, and more.
Many of you have started to reach out to our support team with questions and we greatly appreciate it. That helps us to create even more content for our Knowledge Base, where users can get answers to frequently asked questions.

I hope you’ll give our 30-day free trial of v3.0 on AWS a try if you haven’t already. And for those of you waiting for SFTP Gateway v3.0 to be available on the Azure Marketplace, we’re targeting late October for that release.
At that point, you’ll be able to take advantage of cross cloud functionality, allowing you to manage AWS cloud storage from the Azure version of SFTP Gateway and vice versa. It’s a game-changing feature we’re really excited about. In the meantime, v2.0 is still available for Azure.
